General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers via the online shop of Nova Sacra (Gnellenstrasse 13, 8142 Uitikon Waldegg, Switzerland). They apply to customers within Switzerland as well as to customers from the EU.

3. Conclusion of contract

By clicking the "Buy" or "Pay Now" button in the online shop, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products in your shopping cart. Nova Sacra will confirm receipt of your order immediately by email. The purchase agreement is concluded as soon as Nova Sacra accepts the order by sending a shipping confirmation or delivering the goods.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted in CHF or, for EU customers, in Euros and include the applicable VAT where applicable.
Accepted payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Twint, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung/Klarna.
Payment is made directly at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is via DHL. Delivery times: Switzerland approx. 3 days, Germany 3–5 days, international 5–12 business days. Shipping costs are displayed transparently at checkout.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Nova Sacra until full payment is received.

7. Returns / Cancellations

Since these are individually manufactured print-on-demand products, personalized items are not eligible for cancellation or return , except in cases of verifiable production errors . For such cases, please contact support at info@novasacra.com.

8. Warranty / Defects

The statutory warranty rights apply. Nova Sacra undertakes to replace or refund defective products within a reasonable period.

9. Liability

Nova Sacra is liable for damages only in cases of intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless fundamental contractual obligations are breached.

10. Copyright

All content, designs, and text on the website and in the products are protected by copyright. Use without express permission is prohibited.

11. Applicable Law / Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For customers in the EU, the respective consumer protection laws of their member countries also apply, insofar as mandatory EU regulations are applicable. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich, Switzerland, to the extent legally permissible.
